With all the crazy things going on out there right now, everything being closed, there is a lot of cooking going on at home. The daily commute is between my home office and the kitchen.

There is no time and motivation to do the full fledged cooking every day. Sometimes it comes down to old time classics and the mood that will determine what’s being served that night.
One of my favorite pasta dishes is Capeli d’Angelo with Bolognese sauce. When making the sauce it is always a good idea to make more to have leftovers and fill the freezer for quick and easy meals in the future.

Fresh ingredients will make all the difference. It may take a little bit more time, however, you will taste the difference and it will be an absolut taste sensation.

When selecting the pasta to go with the Bolognese I am recommending a very thin noodle like Capeli d’Angelo, aka. angle hair pasta. The sauce is coding this pasta nicely and it has the perfect taste and texture.

Before serving, finish the dish off with some freshly ground pepper and some Parmigiano Reggiano.
